Deepali Naair has 20+ yrs of experience in Marketing, E commerce, Brand, Product & Sales. In Sep’18, she moved to IBM as Director, Marketing for India & south Asia. Just before IBM, she led Marketing and Digital at IIFL Investment Manager group of Companies. Multiple businesses are housed under the brand IIFL Investment Managers, prominent are Private Wealth, Asset Mgmt & Wealth Finance. She was also a non-executive member of the Board at IIFL Wealth Finance.
Earlier, she has held leadership positions with Mahindra Holidays, L&T Financial Services Group & HSBC. She has also worked with Tata Motors, BPL Mobile, Draft FCB-Ulka; was the Marketing Manager for Saffola and Mediker at Marico. Her financial services experience constitutes of HSBC Global Asset Management and L&T insurance where she was Head – Marketing, E-Commerce and Customer Service. She also managed marketing for L&T Financial Services IPO and L&T Infrastructure Bonds.
She led Marketing, Digital, Analytics, E-Commerce & Inventory Sales at Mahindra Holidays as Chief Marketing Officer. Both Digital & Inventory Sales saw tremendous growth under her leadership.
On the back of success of businesses she has led, she gets invited to speak at technology & digital forums across the country and abroadsuch as India Digital Summit, Ad-Tech, I-Media, CeBIT and DMAi. She has been a jury member numerous times for AdClub’s EMVIES, EFFIES, ABBYs; IAMAI Digital awards & DMAi awards.
